chore: update dependencies in Cargo.toml

- Added new dependencies: axum, bytes, garde, hex, prost, prost-build, protoc-bin-vendored, reqwest, rustls, sha2, sqlx, subtle, systemd, thiserror, tokio, tokio-retry, tower-http, tracing, tracing-subscriber, zstd.
- Updated clap and serde to include specific features.
- Disabled default features for reqwest, rustls, and sqlx to optimize the build.
